By reconfiguring the campus, this allows for a central promenade connecting the
administrative services to the classrooms, as well as providing a striking view corridor.
With a well defined and focused approach, we have utilized modular building concepts in
the design of this campus. In order to create a sense of permanence, the modular
buildings shall be constructed with an exterior stucco finish as well as be placed on
concrete foundations at grade level. Using site built accessory elements, such as entry
canopies, creates a relationship between the modular buildings and existing permanent
construction. Thereby, resolving our greatest challenge of creating a cohesive campus.
